Delivery Dates
The delivery date is a combination of Canada Post delivery standards and Think Green Store policy. We make every attempt to ensure next business day shipping.
Delivery dates for locations outside of Canada are approximations that do not include delays due to customs.
No shipping on National Statutory Holidays and Provincial and Territorial Holidays. (2008: July 1 - Canada Day, Sept. 1 - Labour Day, Oct. 13 - Thanksgiving Day, Dec. 25 - Christmas Day, Dec. 26 - Boxing Day; 2009: Jan. 1 - New Years Day, Feb. 16 - Family Day, Apr. 10 - Good Friday, May 18 - Victoria Day)
Taxes and Duties
Customs charges or duty on purchases shipped outside of Canada are the sole responsibility of the receiver. Think Green Store is not responsible for any customs charges or duties.
Returns & Exchanges

PLEASE NOTE: For US / International Returns, please indicate on the shipping waybill that the goods are being returned. We will not be responsible for duty charges on items returned from the US.
